Maybe a little off topic, however, I am thawing them now and need a good recipe for chicken leg quarters (leg and thigh for those who don&#039;t know).  I have a slow cooker and a crock pot so I can use either one.  I want something tasty (similar to baked chicken).  I want to put it on before I leave in the morning and let it cook for 8 to 10 hours or so.  Tomorrow is a busy day for me.

Nothing with cream of mushroom soup on it or anything, please.
