Sauteed Crawfish
Yield: 3 to 5 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 tsp Tonys seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried sweet basil
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup green onion tops
- 14 oz pkg crawfish tails
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 cup fish stock
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Cooking Directions
- Sautee onions and garlic in stick butter until tender.
- Add crawfish, butter, hot sauce, and seasonings.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Reduce to simmer.
- Serve with green salad and garlic bread.
